Graphic Artist Recruitment

Alright guys, yall have given me an idea about the graphic deal. I made a new group called the Designers. This group doesnt need any detail because it's practily a graphic artist. For this group, the first 4 people who register will get it free, but from there on out it's gonna cost some bounty. I already added Justto because we already know he's a Designer and he'll be perfect for the job.
