Challenge Dominion Rules

If you like to bet stuff, this is the place to do it.
The rules are simple, you challenge someone to a duel and place a bet on how much Bounty you'll put in the duel. Then whoever wins gets all the Bounty that was in the bet. hahaha.
Both players should post the result of the challenge so I or an Admin can make the changes
